Is your jewelry solid gold?

Our product descriptions identify the gold and material used for each piece. Most of the collection is crafted in solid 14k gold, with any exceptions clearly noted on the product page.

Are your diamonds and gemstones natural or lab-grown?

Stone details vary by piece. Each product page identifies the known stone type and carat details. Contact us before ordering if you would like additional information about a particular design.

Orders and shipping

When will my order ship?

In-stock pieces typically ship within 2–4 business days. Selected made-to-order and pre-order pieces typically ship within 4–6 weeks. The product page will identify made-to-order availability.

Is U.S. shipping insured?

Yes. We provide complimentary insured shipping within the United States through UPS or FedEx. Fine-jewelry deliveries require a signature.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select countries. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility, and delivery timing varies by destination.

Exchanges and sizing

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns. Eligible unworn and undamaged pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery when returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom, made-to-order, pre-order, resized, and altered pieces are final sale.

How do I choose a size?

How should I care for my jewelry?
