Shipping & Exchanges

Processing time

In-stock pieces typically ship within 2–4 business days. Selected made-to-order and pre-order designs typically ship within 4–6 weeks, depending on the piece. We will contact you if additional production information is needed and send tracking when your order ships.

United States shipping

We provide complimentary insured shipping within the United States through UPS or FedEx. Fine-jewelry orders require a signature at delivery. Please use a secure delivery address where someone can sign for the package.

International shipping

We ship to select countries. Duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. International delivery timing varies by destination and customs processing.

Exchanges

Artisan Jewelry does not offer returns. Eligible unworn and undamaged pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery when returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request an exchange, email artisanjewelry25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Use insured, trackable shipping; Artisan Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Final-sale pieces

Custom, made-to-order, pre-order, resized, and altered pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
